The first case of swine flu was confirmed in Arizona yesterday and the school that the child was attending is closed for 7 days. CHANGE ON THE SCHOOL CALENDER

The last day of school for the students is MAY 29,09.
The finals for MS/HS are from May 27 to May 29.

Tuesday, May 26 is a regular day. No early dismissal.

Early dismissal days are May 27,28,29.

SSA students competed in the Arizona Science and Engineering 2009. Ben Bauer & Liam Isaacson got 2nd place in Physics and Astronomy Category with their project named Sound Damping and James Kovarik got 4th place in the same catagory with his project named Mpemba effect.

Advanced Math and Science Program

Advanced Math and Science Program (AMSP©), formerly known as MSOP is an advanced program provided by Accord Institute that motivates and encourages students for academic studies in grades 6-12. Early math and science training by experts ensures early specialization and solid scientist background for students.

AMSP© aims to train student towards prestigious math and science competitions in regional, national and international levels. AMSP©’s condensed training program helps students to develop their critical and analytical thinking skills while providing a challenging environment for them.
